Xmas Mini-sessions: What next?

I’ve had my session what now?

We will now professionally edit all your pictures, this can take up to 10 days following your photo-shoot. This time allows us to make sure that we have time to select the best photos and edit them professionally. Once this process is complete you will receive an email containing a link to your on-line gallery and a password you will need for access. All the images you see in your gallery will be on your disk that will be sent to you second class.

My Gallery

So you will have received an email with your on-line gallery link and password. All the images you see are yours to keep forever. The images appear with a watermark through the middle, however, if you select the option to download the images the picture will download in high resolution without the watermark giving you instant access to all your photos. In the gallery or once you have downloaded the images you are free to change your images to black and white or crop the image or perform any other editing action you can dream of.

Your pictures are in high resolution both on the disk and via a download so you may need to re-save the picture in a smaller file size if you would like to share them on social media. If you need any help with this please contact us we are more than happy to help.

Pictures and Products what do I need to know?

The main thing you need to know is that you are free to do whatever you would like with your images, however if asked we would appreciate the credit for taking the image.

Please be aware: Sometimes when you order a print or a product the actual printed image will be darker than how it appears on your computer or phone screen. We would always advise that you order a test print first to find out how your image will be printed. The exposure of the photos/products will differ between suppliers. Our screens are calibrated depending on which supplier we are using, however if you do not know how to do this these easiest way is to place the test print next to your screen and then edit the picture (normal photo editing software on computers is more than adequate for this) adjusting the exposure so that it appears lighter or darker. If you order from us we make sure the exposure is correct for every single print or product.

We want you to get the best from your images so please do ask us if you have any questions.

Can you order Prints and Products for me?

Yes. A lot of our clients ask us to order prints and products directly. You can either order on-line through the gallery where payment will be taken, just add the picture to your shopping basket and then choose the product. Alternatively just send us a message to place an order. If you would like more help on deciding what size/image you would like just let us know we are more than happy to pop round with our samples which include sample sizes that you can hold on your wall to see which size fits best.

How long will delivery take? – It depends. We aim to have delivery within one week, delivery dates will be confirmed with you when you place the order. Xmas delivery times may take a while longer with the increased workloads at the printers so please allow at least two weeks. If you have a special requirement please just ask and we can see what we can do.
